“Process and Product” - Lecture by Ong Keng Sen, a well-known curator at  Friday, October 13th , 2006   in SOC   Building .  The lecture is a detailed journey into the process of The Flying Circus Project (FCP)  and its developments through 10 years. The Flying Circus Project  (FCP) is a laboratory project which was  established in 1994 by Ong Keng Sen, Artistic Director of Theatre Works  Singapore. Keng Sen initiated a new network for Asian  artists to dialogue and engage with each other in 1999, known as the  Arts Network Asia (ANA).
